FlowShield About FlowShield Exteriors, Murfreesboro’s Roofing and Gutter Team
FlowShield Exteriors brings together roofing, gutters, gutter protection, and siding under one family-owned company built on a simple idea: do the job right, and stay on it until the customer is satisfied.

How FlowShield Exteriors Got Started
FlowShield Gutter Protection was founded in 2023 after our owner, Brian Galkus, and a former business partner left a gutter company that, in Brian’s words, wasn’t treating its employees well and wasn’t run the way a home services company should be. They set out to build something different in Murfreesboro: a company that answers its own phones, shows up when it says it will, and stands behind its work.
That commitment led FlowShield to develop its own proprietary, self-manufactured gutter guard, a product built specifically for how gutters clog and fail in Middle Tennessee. As the gutter side of the business grew, the team saw the same need in roofing and launched Shield Roofing Solutions in February 2026 to bring that same standard to roof installations and repairs.
In 2026, the two companies came together as FlowShield Exteriors under Brian’s ownership, combining an established gutter installation and gutter protection business with a growing roofing operation in Murfreesboro, plus siding, under one roof. Same phone number, same crew, same standard.
Our Core Values
We tell homeowners what we actually find during an inspection, even when it’s not what they were hoping to hear. Straight answers, written estimates, no upselling.
From our custom gutter guard to every roof and siding job, we build things to last through Tennessee weather, not just pass a final walk-around. See the full range of roofing, gutter, and siding services we offer.
We’re based in Murfreesboro and work throughout Middle Tennessee. This is where we live, and it’s where our reputation gets built one job at a time.
If something comes up after a job is finished, you’re not routed through a call center. Our team personally stays on it until it’s resolved.
