• Free inspections. Requesting an inspection through the Site does not obligate you to buy anything.
• Estimates. Prices, materials, and timelines are set only in a written estimate we give you after inspecting your property. Our written estimates are valid for one year from the date we issue them unless the estimate says otherwise.
• Your written agreement controls. Any work we perform is governed by the written agreement you sign with us. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
• Timelines. Install timelines described on the Site are our goals, not guarantees. Weather, material availability, permits, and insurance approvals can affect scheduling.

Warranties

We offer a 10-year workmanship warranty on roofing projects and a 1-year workmanship warranty on gutter installations. The exact coverage, conditions, and exclusions are spelled out in your written agreement. Materials may also carry a separate manufacturer warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer and subject to its own terms.

Financing

Financing options mentioned on the Site are offered by third-party lenders, such as Synchrony and Foundation. Approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender, not by FlowShield Exteriors, and are subject to the lender’s own agreements.
